Confirmed online orders are normally delivered within 3 to 6 working days. Delivery may take longer for remote locations, launches, major promotions, courier disruptions or unusually high order volumes.

Working days
Orders are processed and delivered on working days. Deliveries are generally not completed on Sundays or public holidays, so these days are not counted in the estimated delivery window.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders of Rs. 1,499 or above. Orders below Rs. 1,499 are charged a standard delivery fee of Rs. 150 unless a different promotional rate is clearly shown at checkout.
Order confirmation and invoice
Every order includes a clear summary of the products, quantities, prices and any delivery charges. The final payable amount is displayed before the order is placed.
Address and phone details
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. Incorrect, incomplete or unreachable contact details can delay delivery or cause the parcel to be returned.
Tracking and courier delays
Tracking details are shared when available. Weather, security restrictions, public holidays, courier backlogs and circumstances outside Rawah Beauty’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.
