For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, used or unsealed skincare products are generally not eligible for return unless the item was delivered damaged, incorrect or has a verified issue.
Contact support with your order number, the item name, the reason for the request and clear supporting images where relevant. Do not send a parcel back until return instructions are provided.
Each request is reviewed against the order record and condition of the product. Approval, exchange, store credit or refund depends on the circumstances and available stock.
Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return. If Rawah Beauty supplied an incorrect or verified damaged item, support will explain the available resolution.
Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, normal wear, personal preference after opening or failure to follow product instructions may not qualify.
