What is the delivery time?+
Confirmed orders are normally delivered within 3 to 6 working days across Pakistan. Remote locations, promotions, courier delays, Sundays and public holidays may extend this timeframe.
How much is shipping?+
Standard shipping is free on orders of Rs. 1,499 or above. Orders below Rs. 1,499 are charged Rs. 150 unless another promotional delivery rate is displayed at checkout.
Do you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?+
Deliveries are generally not completed on Sundays or public holidays. These days are not counted in the estimated 3 to 6 working-day delivery window.
How can I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with the requested order details. Tracking information may also be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or directly by the courier when available.
Which payment methods are available?+
The payment methods currently enabled at checkout are shown at checkout. Available methods can depend on the order details and payment-gateway availability.
What should I do if my order is damaged, wrong, expired or incomplete?+
Contact customer care within 24 hours of delivery. Keep the parcel, courier label and packaging, and send your order number with clear photos or an unedited opening video. Do not use or discard the affected item.
Can I return an opened skincare product?+
Opened, used or unsealed beauty products are normally non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. An exception may be reviewed when the product was delivered incorrect, expired, damaged or has another verified order issue.
How long does an approved refund take?+
After an approved returned parcel is received and inspected, Rawah Beauty normally processes the refund within 15 days. Your bank, card provider or wallet may need additional time to display it.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact support immediately. A change or cancellation may only be possible before packing or dispatch. Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is not guaranteed.
How do I choose the right skincare product?+
Read the product description, ingredients, usage directions and suitability details. Patch-test new products and consult a qualified professional for allergies, medical conditions or persistent skin concerns.
