A simple process for reporting an incorrect, expired, damaged, leaking or incomplete order.
Please inspect the parcel immediately after delivery and contact Rawah Beauty within 24 hours if an item is incorrect, expired, damaged, leaking or missing. Complaints submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Keep the courier label, outer packaging, product packaging and all received items until the claim is resolved. Do not discard or use an affected product.
Send the order number together with clear photos or an unedited opening video showing the parcel, shipping label and affected item. Additional information may be requested to verify the claim.
Customer care aims to acknowledge a complete claim within 24 hours on working days. The final review may take longer when courier or warehouse verification is required.
Do not return a parcel without approval. When a return is required, customer care will provide the correct address, courier instructions or return label where applicable.
After verification, Rawah Beauty may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund or full refund depending on the issue, stock availability and order record.
