Contact Rawah Beauty within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Include the order number and clear supporting photos or video. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Customer care will review the request and provide return instructions for an approved claim. Please do not send any product back before receiving confirmation from Rawah Beauty.
Once an approved returned parcel reaches our designated return location, it will be inspected. Approved refunds are normally processed within 15 days after the returned parcel is received.
For hygiene and safety, opened, used or unsealed beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Sale items, promotional gifts and gift cards are also non-returnable unless they were delivered incorrect, expired or damaged.
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery orders may require verified bank or mobile-wallet details. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the amount.
When an exchange is approved, availability depends on current stock. In some cases the original item must be returned and a separate replacement order may be arranged.
